If you accept the reality of slow progress, you have every reason to take action today. If you resist the reality of slow progress, five years from now you’ll simply be five years older and still looking for a shortcut.”

I believe in an unhurried process in changing..

  • I started to blogging in 2017, I wrote on and off up to mid 2021 and in the last one year, I write regularly every single day. That’s a huge progress in 5 years, and I feel this is like a long journey to know my self, to observe the pattern of my own mind; so I’m giving my self 5 years more to keep doing this therapeutic writing every single day.
  • I’ve experienced many years of abuse, particularly in my previous marriage. The shitty marriage lasted for about 7 years and the harassment from that scumbag even after the divorce settlement is still exists to this very day; So I’m giving my self 15 years to heal from that gruesome period of life.
  • I am building a healthy habit regarding my relationship with money. I am still far from the point where I want to be, but I already have the clear picture to that point, so it’s also a significant progress. I’m giving my self 10 years to get comfortable in my relationship with money.

I am not in hurry, I’m evolving not revolting, and I believe in the whole process,

Cheers, may we all slowly grow into the very best version of our selves,

Karin Sabrina
