A realization just hit me… A long period of sitting in the office makes me gain body weight. In last holiday season, my body weight is under control, even though I literally gorging all the cookies and endless comfort food. I guess it’s because I actually move a lot at home ( cleaning and everything), it’s different when I am in the office. I sit for a very long period, I don’t move a lot. And the stillness makes me gain weight.
I heard some time ago a long sitting actually a silent killer but I think bulging and too tight pants are not that silent. They are screaming: move move move you lazy ass! Move! 😂😂😂
