Everything doesn’t have to change in one day.

But you can’t change your life until you change your life.

You need to start somewhere.

In the first quarter of this year, I set up a plan to love myself in three ways. The plan is as simple as one, two, three; I will take good care of myself, I will read, I will write. That’s it.
As always, a simple plan does not equal simple execution.
I translate the “take good care of oneself, read and write” as three things that I should do daily.

Three (new) things that I should do in a daily manner, that was the plan, and of course, I failed, or at the very least I failed to achieve by the standard That I set myself. To add three new habits in a day is a very pompous attitude, I neglected the fact that it’s very difficult for me to stick to one good habit for more than 3 consecutive days.

But the willingness to do this “self-love project” was not passing by, the “take good care of oneself, read and write” new habits are not strictly limited to one or two activities, I then realized that they may come in many forms and manifestations.

at the beginning of April 2021, I started to do meditation, I also started to run; these activities are my “take good care of oneself” routine, I read and I write daily in this blog… And the last five months has been a colorful journey of this self love project. There was countless ups and downs. Have I succeed to install these three new habits? Hmm…. It’s safe when I say.. I can’t pass a day without thinking about them… It’s permanently on my mind now.
