I forgive it all, I am not sure how much forgiveness that I can give to “all”, but today I forgive it all. Tomorrow, every morning and before I go to bed, this is my mantra: I forgive it all.
I am no longer a slave of that past and the future. I strive to be as present as I can be to the moment. I taste the glimpse of calmness from this present moment, and I want it to be my “usual” state. Okay I may sound too Eckhart Tolle but I really love that idea. Worries cannot survive at the present moment… No wonder I love to have a long run … Because no worrisome can co-exist within my mind when I run..
I forgive it all, the generational trauma, the disappointment, the rudeness, the dark days, the decades of confusion, and… Even the neglect, I forgive it all. The pain body has gone, she is released and now my body is my portal to access peace.
May we all find our way to heal and release our pain.
