If you’re dead, you cannot be killed anymore

I heard above quote in a movie, a coach said it to one of his athlete who is easily baited to be angry and lose his focus in the game.

I, my self also feel like that, easily angered by some derogatory comments by some people I barely know. I feel too much, and it’s exhausting. So the quotes relates to me, I wish to turn off my feeling toward these baseless commentaries. Some people made this rude remarks out of deeply ingrained habits, or just to feel better with themselves by put down everyone else, either way, their reason is pathetic and we better not spend our limited energy to feel too much.
