
I am following the eight weeks of PB 10K running program from the Gerak app ; Gerak (Indonesian language) means move in English. So in this program each day I have an assignment to do, whether it’s easy running 25 minutes, or long running of 50 minutes, or stride practicing or rest.
Lately I’ve been kinda hooked up with this running thing, I look forward to doing a full Marathon this year, I watch videos about good form in running, warming up, and cooling down and the drills, the a,b,c move (and I’m still not able to do it right)
Training day is always followed by a rest day. And this is where I give time to my muscles to heal from the previous day training. I really like this concept. So a rest day is just as important as a training day. Like everything in life, the quiet and ordinary day is as important, if not more, as the vibrant and loud times.
