- I have a healthy body, this is my way to remind myself that I have something good right here, right now.
- I can run 7 kilometers with hilly terrain, and I can have the time and place to rest properly. This means I have the time and chance to train my body.
- I choose to see the good in everything. An offer I made to the universe so I can appreciate all the good that I already have. I will practice this every day.
- I am calm right now. I breathe slowly when my anxiety pays me a visit. I now can sit together with my sadness, and my anxiety. And I don’t know why… But I do feel that Anger rarely pays me a visit right now.
- I am good with everything as it is. I am seeing all as necessary. Things that will happen will happen. Things happened, happened.
The world is as it is. It always is. Let’s see it with the most beautiful filter we have. Amen.
