In this hustle virus infected world, it’s very rebellious to say I need more sleep. I too was thinking just like that, sleep is only for the weak!
A good person doesn’t need to sleep long. It’s equal with laziness. How could you sleep deep and sound if you still have so many things to do in the kitchen? Up to this day I sleep roughly 5 hours every day. No wonder I often wake up groggy and not energized in the morning.
So starting today, I will deliberately go to bed at maximum 10 pm. Let’s see what happens.
