Emotions

Someday it’s not easy to feel joy, to see things as they are and flip the negative thoughts. Today is that kind of day. And I am so angry at this moment.

When I am angry like this it’s not easy to remind myself to breathe, it’s not easy to feel the inhale and exhale. The situation in my head is chaotic, stories that never happened, justified assumptions, fear, anxiety and sadness; all of them like pushing together, screaming for my attention and the more I carry away with the anger, the more my mind can’t be  calm.

Angry is still a very huge emotion I’m learning to face
