I chose the word ‘peace’ for the year 2025. I want to make the word as the anchor for me to walk through 2025. Why the word peace? Hmm .. I don’t know…  The word kinda pops up in my mind, perhaps because that’s what I need; inner peace.

My initial word was ‘Acceptance’, but then the word peace feels warm… I need it in my life. I have a restless mind, a single comment, or even a single thought could lead me making a whole volume of stories after stories and all of those stories will finally suffocate me and I’ll be crying because of …. Make up stories, produced by my own mind.

To search for a focus word is the idea I get from Ms. Donna Ashworth, a poet I adore. The idea is to find a focus word in every beginning of the month or the year … I’ll start this year and this January with Peace.
