• Stop, when you feel anger materialized within yourself, say to yourself : hello, I can see that you, anger, is here now.
  • Allow, let this strong emotion be there, believe in yourself, you can contain this anger.
  • investigate, question yourself about the fear that causes this anger
  • Non-identification; you are not your feelings.

SAIN, that’s what we should do when strong emotion such anger is coming to us… That’s why I write this down today, to be a reliable reminder.
