Online learning

I think my son online class is really amusing. I don’t really know how this young teacher could patiently tend these bunch of 4th grader in a very civilian and even… Dare I say… Sweet manners in an online class of 1 hour 15 mins session šŸ˜…šŸ˜….

Miss teacher: is there any questions? Is there anything that you want to ask?

Student 1: Miss, can I go to the toilet?
Student 2: Miss, ...... (mumbling sounds, The signal was a little wobbly) right?

Miss teacher: okay... šŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜…

But I am actually jealous with my son, he is able to attend his class room right after he jumped out of bed, he never rush to the school in the morning, he can play Lego right after the zoom class is over. I even started to think that who ever coined the term ” learning loss” for these pandemic generation is actually the one who doesn’t want to learn and educate himself.

Learning is for life and it can be done in myriad of ways. The school walls are relics of the past.

Cheers,
Karin Sabrina
