I decided to un-sparkle today. It’s Monday, and ironically, today is the day that I found out that I don’t have to do anything just to make people notice my existence. I put myself as a lighthouse and when I decided to be a small lamp in my own area, people still noticed me.

I have my work load scattered, and my focus word is structure. So I tried my best to stay in that structure. Wake up very early, take a lunch break by walking around 20 minutes, work on pending tasks, but when the clock screams it’s 5! I closed my laptop. At 7 p.m. I jog and run the Jeff Galloway method, and I plan to sleep at 9 pm.

It’s… Boring. Yep. I’ll take that as a compliment. Boring is champagne.
