Star

So, I have changed. According to my favorite human, I'm not as "vibrant" as I used to.
And, I agree.
I have changed. I am no longer willing to be the brightest star, I just want to live my life well.
And I have no idea that this "simple life" goal is not entirely acceptable .
And today I found a writing that nicely articulates what I want in my life now. I don't chase validation anymore, I just want to leave a legacy.

Honestly, I feel like I'm not old enough to write this, but hey, I'm glad I have this POV now. Yes, I am not ambitious in the office, yes I have no flashy position, yes I am a regular employee, and no I am not blind to those office politics around me, but hey... Everything will come to an end one day.

The job will end, we will have to leave the office one day, I choose to leave a legacy. If I can make an easier day for a person then I will do it. I wish to leave this world with no regrets. For now on, I no longer wish to fill my days with bitter regrets. I want to populate my  days with gratitude and good thoughts, good expectations and laughters.

Namaste. That's my word for October.
