Today, I’ll start the list of things I didn’t buy.
- A cute, small duffle bag for the gym. I touched it; I think I can afford it (I always do). It is on sale; it’s black, and… No. I have too many bags already. For the last two months, I rarely gone to the gym, and if I do, I have many bags I can choose to put all my gym gear.
- A moisturizer with all the good stuff ( according to the sales’ claim), I didn’t buy it because I don’t need it yet …
- A cute notebook. Do I need it? Of course not, I have plenty already. So? Well, it’s cheap, and it’s cute! Sigh.. I didn’t buy it.
A very interesting flipped thinking, right? to list the things I didn’t buy. But it’s essential and a more celebratory way for me to restrain myself within the claws of consumerism. I’ve tries to note my expenses, manually, digitally… none of them work- it took 10 years for me to be able to say that. I don’t understand why… And the failure surely makes my belief that I’m bad with money deeper. But this, to list the things I didn’t buy feel really revolutionary.
Let see… Let’s see how this will unfold.
