As I ran this morning, a word came up. Light.. that is my focus word for this month. And yes, I am referring to both meanings: light as a natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible; and light as not having heavy weight.

That’s how I want to start this year… Lighter and luminous. I don’t want to carry things that no longer serve me well, and I am letting my light shine bright. Ambitious, I know… But that’s a good way to start this beautiful year.
