What has gone well today and what has brought out negative habits?

  • I wasn’t late to work and I used stairs from basement 1 to the 3rd floor twice!
  • I have my 10k race pack ready. I am so excited for this running race on Sunday!
  • I remembered to order washing detergent.
  • I did the groceries, with a debit card.
  • The anxiety often visits, and it’s still a struggle to reroute the peace onto myself. I remind myself ‘here and now’ again and again….
