Write down five things you’re grateful for

Gratitude changes how we see the world, how we feel about our life, and basically how we live our life. I chose the word gratitude for the March Focus word. Now… Let’s get into the list of gratitude.

  • My health, I can move without pain, I can go to work and move without even thinking about every movement that I make.
  • My closest favorite humans, they are my home. I have my place to rest, to recharge after a long hard day
  • My current job, it pays the bills and the debts, not all at once… But still something to appreciate.
  • My friends.. they are all making this hard life bearable
  • Tea, coffe, hot, tiny sugar, these drinks help me get through the hardest day and enjoy the sweetest day.
