What do you do when sadness comes?
Interesting question, I sit quietly with sadness, or do my chores quietly. If I feel my eyes starting to cry, I let them. I always believe that tears exist primarily to cleanse our broken soul.
I can sit with sadness, and I do take time to process it, my primary way to understand my sadness is through writings. Sometimes I cannot understand the reason for my sadness… Sometimes I can see layers of the why’s.
Since I’m a Private person, I don’t really know how to talk to someone about this sadness… I just feel it all by myself, I listen to songs with lifting lyrics… I take a solitary walk, and if I have time, I may even sit on a bench and just look at my surroundings.
The sadness will pass.. she never stays for long,
