What are you changing?
Pin it to the fabric of the universe and on we go…
And remember, all thoughts can be flipped and rearranged. All feelings are just passing through. And all that matters is your love and kindness, to self first, and then the world.
It’s just a day, of life, in all its messy everythingness… lucky us.
On the twentieth day of January, the question is what are you changing? … I am changing my brain; can I really do that? Well .. I’ll find out. My brain is hard wired to anxiety and fear… I cannot remember when was the last time I felt joyous and not worry about anything in my adult life. I am constantly worried; I am prone to anxiety and I am very good at masking it.
So I am changing this. I run at least twice a week, meditation, gentle yoga and write on a daily basis, these activities can calm my monkey brain and i really enjoy doing them.
I am not full of fear anymore…. Yes I am still afraid of a lot of things, but I am changing it into a slightly less afraid… One tiny step at a time
I am changing my relationship with skincare products, my skin is Wonderful, I don’t have to have an array of skin care products to be happy and healthy.
I am worthy and so are you, cheers, one tiny step at a time, on we go!
