Every thought needs to be questioned 
Am I really thinking like this because of that person do or not do such a d such?

It's very difficult to see within one self
A lot of old points of view need to be revised, a long held opinion needs to be abandoned, die hard bad habits need to be killed. 

It's very difficult to be a betterment version of one self, 
It's difficult, not impossible.
