So I heard that, writing ideas is a muscle we need to train every day, just like stretching our muscles, we need to train it every single day. I am doing exactly that now.. I am going to write at the same hour every single day, I’ll make time from 9-11 a.m. to create the draft (most part of it) then I’ll curing it up; nine to ten hours, and due to my ever-changing mood and also my often lack of good ideas; I’ll stick to one big ideas: my successes – micro to gigantic one. The writing will be channeling my gratitude and self care; it will also become my path to practice slowing down in this lighting fast life.
Today is my third day of practicing stretching. After the last two days of training, my body has felt sore. No pain No gain they say, motion is lotion they say.. so let’s go to the Pancake split and other poses that I don’t know what it is called, so I can release the tension from this whole day and hopefully have a good night’s sleep .
