Salad

Today I ate a beautiful home made salad, I ate lots of fruits too. Tomorrow I’ll make a similar salad.

My diet changed a lot, 5 years ago I wouldn’t think I would eat salad for breakfast, fruit cutlets for lunch, and an egg sandwich for snacks. I don’t do any particular diet in a strict way, I just choose to eat more vegetables and fruits.

The small portion of food works well for me, I eat 4-5 times a day, I don’t like being too full, makes me sleepy and tired.

Eat well, live happy.
