I just realized a few days ago that most bottled drinks are highly sugar-y and that the sugar amount mentioned in the packages are often only a third or half of the total sugar amount. So for example: a bottled green tea with apple flavour of 500 ml, it says that it has 20 g of sugar in one serving (240ml) , so a bottle of this tea is actually for two servings, so the sugar is actually 41 grams in this single bottle.
These findings startled me. Now I always read the ingredients nutritional facts on each packaged food/ drinks, this habit will also deter me from impulse buying on snacks or drinks.
Cheers my dearest readers, Be very happy and healthy ,
