C’est les petites habitudes. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read. What your watch. Who you share your energy with. Who has access to you. That will change your life.


I am a hard core believer about the power of small things; to the good or to other ways, and this hard core belief still not able to make me jog and make time to meditate every day! That’s one thing about these “healthy-mighty” tiny things, they are so easy to be forgotten. After you do this tiny good habit once, twice, thrice or even ten times, your life will be as usual as it is.

It takes a long time to make any significant changes, that’s the rule.
