Books & Beyond is a bookshop franchise in my town, they provide imported books at a very reasonable price, and I really enjoy going there and just browsing all their books… Okay I might splurge on a few books every once in a while… But the point is I really like this book store.

To my surprise, when I got there today after work, there was a huge banner all over the bookshop: closing sale! 30% all items+ up to 50% discount on selected items… I was devastated 😔😔… I am happy with the big discount ( I bought five books!).. But… I am deeply saddened by the fact that they’re closing; they’re closing all of their branches all over Indonesia…

A few days ago I also read an email from Depository.com… they’re also closing off… I usually buy books through their site… They send books to Indonesia free of delivery charge. Yes I must wait up to six weeks sometimes to get my book… But I always get it.

My favorite bookstores are closing off… Almost at the same time … 😢😢😢
