Is there anything you feel too old to do anymore?
- I’m too old to care about what others think of me
- I’m too old to fear making mistakes
- I’m too old to not know that everyone has their own battle to cope
- I’m too old to not take really good care of myself
- I’m too old to expect everyone to like me or agree with me
- I’m too old to not learn to love myself every day.

When I hit my 40’s I definitely felt to old to be doing those back bends and cartwheels…lol. My brain says I can – my body says no way.
