Alignment

My February focus word is “alignment”. I’m aligning my life with the person I’m aspire to be. This is admittedly a very new concept for me though.

I am aligning my schedule with my health priority now.

I insist to work out every day. Running 3 km plus, or weight lifting for at least 15 minutes.

I meditate everyday and remind myself to do the breath work whenever I feel the stress claw started to tighten.

I choose to ditch the external validation concept and I’m validating myself every single day.
