This month, I choose to flow.
No more gripping so tightly, no more hoarding “just in case.” I’m learning to loosen my hands, to trust that life will bring what I need when the time is right.
It isn’t easy—this unlearning—but I wont carry what’s too heavy anymore.
I want to move through October like water: open, flexible, unafraid of change. I’ll let serendipity find me in small, unexpected moments, like sunlight catching on ripples.
I’ll protect my energy with gentle boundaries, saving my best for the people, things, and spaces that truly matter.
Some things will stay. Some things will drift away. And that’s okay. I don’t need to control every tide. I can trust the rhythm. I can trust myself.
This month, I’ll breathe deeply, soften my edges, and let life unfold—wave by wave, moment by moment. I choose to flow.
And that’s my focus word this month, “flow”.
