What have you done for yourself this week?

  • I haven’t skipped a single work out day -yes it’s still Wednesday- but hey! Midweek is the most crucial time to check on ourselves
  • I installed a money tracker app, waaay cheaper than YNAB, and way more simpler. I repeat, I started from Avery tough financial state, a minus, and massive debt size. But I need to start somewhere and I choose today as the starting point. I didn’t want to wait until next Monday or first of July, I just started.
  • I reduced my screen time a lot.
  • I read Eckhart Tolle book everyday.
  • I am less complaining about everything.
