Good day

Good things I do today:

  • I installed a screen time app.
  • I remember Eckhart Tolle’s advice to stay in the present moment, although as a novice I actually went back and forth from my anxiety to the present moment.
  • I think I have reduced my screen time a lot today – although not sure, hence I installed the screen zen app.
  • I wrote a serious article.
