What do you notice about your habits? Has your intention begun to shape your movements?
Yes, I believe so. I realized now that being content with my life is a decision I have to make every single day. I practice writing all the good and sweet hopes for the day in the early morning. I learned everyday to strictly control my thoughts and embrace my emotions.
Have I succeeded? I don’t know if there’s any level of success in noticing my habits but I think my habits change in many ways. I am calm now, even in the midst of a chaotic event; I used to panic when I must face some uncharted path, but nowadays I am calm.
