Everyone has a small, medium, huge problem of their own. Everyone is also struggling in their own life course. I’m telling myself this to remind me.

A reminder may not pay any bill… But a reminder is important to keep us on the ground and stay on the track.

I felt impatient today, also fear, I didn’t feed those feelings- I tried to watch my own feelings and thoughts.

It’s only a day, not a life.
