I made a great decision about my work;

• It’s okay to be a regular staff member at the office.
• It’s okay to not be busy  with the carrier ladder.
• It’s okay to have an average salary.
• It’s okay not to be ambitious at work and it’s actually serene to be not involved in the office politics

That’s my decision, it may seem so … “Lazy”, unmotivated, and uninspiring, but my decision is set.  I want to be at peace with myself.
