Practice

Prioritize the present instead of the past or the future…. To type that, is hard… To practice it … Almost unimaginable…. How? With my hyperactive monkey mind…. To be calm and present for more than 15 seconds; it seems unattainable.

But then again… All good things, all major achievements in life once appeared as unattainable things… Aren’t they? When I started to run on the treadmill… 2 km  is my maximum capacity with a micro chance to improve; 3 years onward… I can run a half marathon in three hours ( surely a personal world record here).

So .. maybe I could practice to not worry roo much. One baby steps each time…2 minutes not worrying about everything can grow into 20 minutes without worrying.. and who knows.. it may lead into two worry-less *days*.

Amor fati.. I love my fate… No more hate now… Only acceptance and gratitude.
